1. The inner and outer surfaces of the pipelines are of excellent quality. The entire equipment has no welding points in the material-contact pipelines, ensuring pressure and corrosion resistance. The operation is simple, clean, hygienic, safe, and reliable.
2. The feed pump adopts a high-pressure plunger pump, providing high pressure and stable flow, with no rigid extrusion or shear on the product. The equipment is equipped with a precision pressure regulating valve, allowing precise pressure adjustment, suitable for microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis filtration conditions.
3. The pump system uses a pressure sensing system and a variable frequency control system, enabling pressure and flow adjustment through frequency conversion.
4. The pipelines, components, valves, and other parts in contact with materials are made of full 316 stainless steel. The membrane cell adopts a spiral flow channel design, ensuring nearly identical and sufficient surface flow velocity at different positions of the membrane surface, with excellent cross-flow velocity and anti-fouling capability.
5. Designed based on fluid dynamics, it ensures tangential flow and turbulence in the membrane cell, guaranteeing reliable and stable test data.
6. It can be equipped with microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis membranes. Suitable for membrane testing research and small-scale filtration experiments.
7. The main unit is made of high-grade stainless steel, compact and aesthetically pleasing. The equipment is equipped with a 2L transparent high-borosilicate glass material tank for intuitive observation of the material volume and condition. It also features an integrated cooling and temperature control system to manage material temperature rise. The circulation volume is less than 100ml.
8. The equipment is fitted with pressure, temperature, and other instruments for easy monitoring of system parameters. It includes an electronic digital display pressure gauge with 0.4% FS accuracy, accurately recording high and low-pressure test data to ensure data accuracy, overcoming the low precision of mechanical pressure gauges.
9. It allows setting working pressure and temperature, equipped with an automatic overpressure protection system and an automatic overtemperature protection system, ensuring safety during use.
